I was a victim of the land reform program in Zimbabwe during the heat of the reclamation of white owned lands by Robert Mugabe, the Zimbabwean president. During that era there were series of attacks on successful white farmers which I happened to be one of them. I accidentally (though in the cause of self-defense) shot and killed one of Mugabe's supporters and activists. That situation attracted a serious problem for me with the authorities loyal to Mugabe. I was brutalized and almost got killed in the process. I was finally held in the hospital prior to a trial that would end up convicting me for murder.

I managed with the help of the hospital operatives to escape from the hospital with my wife and son abandoning all my assets in the country. I have been a refugee in a foreign land ever since then but recently, I was informed by a friend of mine who works under the government that mineral resources were discovered in one of lands that I own in Marange area in eastern Zimbabwe. I made discreet efforts to sell the land to a mining company. (Details to be provided).

The reason why I am contacting you is that we are currently refugees in another country (details to be provided). The payment for the mineral rich land was not done by overseas transfer since we were not able to open account in the country where we are seeking political asylum protection. The funds were held in trust in our family name and there are restrictions for us to do business of any form in that country and there is a limit to the volume of funds we can be in possession of also. We cannot even claim the funds at the moment.

We intend to move the funds out of the country hence will need an overseas partner. You see, this offer is highly rewarding. I do not want to mention figures here until I get your permission.
